We provide phone or tele-health (video-link) support. Tele-health is easy and convenient. It also means those living in rural and remote locations don't miss out on support if needed. Tele-health
A tele-health session is usually between 45 minutes - 1 hour. Payment is optional. For those who cannot afford to pay, our session will be free. For those who can afford to pay, your payment of $150 will help support others who cannot pay.
A Mental Health Care Plan
You may like to talk with your GP about a Mental Health Care Plan. A Mental Health Care Plan helps individuals access psychology services for mental health support. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, please let us know.
