Payment

Our philosophy is that families should not have to pay for counselling. They have huge financial commitments and responsibilities already. Our goal is to provide free sessions, however, at this point in time we are not in a position to do this. 

 

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) these sessions can be bulk-billed, however, we ask a gap payment of $50 to cover the room cost. 

 

If you don't have a MHCP you will need to pay $150 for a 50 minute session.

 

If you are in a strong financial position and would like to help pay for a family who is struggling, you can pay this forward and donate any spare coins to help cover the costs for those who cannot afford to pay. Once we receive Not for Profit status, any funds donated will be tax-deductible.
