We work with and support:

individuals, parents, family members or friends who have a new medical diagnosis or are supporting someone with a new medical diagnosis;

individuals adapting to and living with physical health issues;

parents and carers of children and young people (0-25 years) living with medical trauma, acute, chronic or life threatening illness or whose condition is palliative;

young carers who are supporting and caring for a parent, family member or friend living with a chronic, life-threatening physical or mental health condition;
-
family and friends supporting and caring for a loved with physical health issues;

individuals who are adapting to their own poor prognosis and terminal illness;
-
individuals who are grieving and adapting to loss.
