Our Service

We work with you to help you manage life when the unexpected happens.

We work with and support:

  • individuals, parents, family members or friends who have a new medical diagnosis or are supporting someone with a new medical diagnosis;

  • individuals adapting to and living with physical health issues;

  • parents and carers of children and young people (0-25 years) living with medical trauma, acute, chronic or life threatening illness or whose condition is palliative;

  • young carers who are supporting and caring for a parent, family member or friend living with a chronic, life-threatening physical or mental health condition;

  • family and friends supporting and caring for a loved with physical health issues;

  • individuals who are adapting to their own poor prognosis and terminal illness;

  • individuals who are grieving and adapting to loss.
